Bitsideas' documents that your clients ask for to register us and be able to invoice them: RUT, Certificate of Incorporation, certifications.

Upload them here once and reuse them across every registration. Renewing one -say, the Certificate of Incorporation- updates it for every client who had it, with nothing to re-share.
Budgets

Documents
Every document of every proposal. The switch decides whether the client sees it.
Signatures
Every signature records the date, the IP address and a cryptographic hash of the signed document. The record is the evidence. If a document changes after it was signed, you are warned here: the record still stands, the file on disk does not.
Visits
How many people come to bitsideas.com and where from. Counted on our own server: no cookies, no third parties, and no IP addresses kept.
Trash
Deleting a proposal destroys nothing: it is set aside here with the date and who did it. An electronic signature is evidence, and it has to be able to go on existing.
